What is Pets-life?

Pets-life is an Animal Specific Social-Support Network, created by and for the pet-caring community.

Pets-life brings members of the pet-caring community together. Connections are made and maintained between responsible owners, animal health care providers, pet care professionals, shelters and rescues to...increase the quality of a pet's life...increase Pet Owner Awareness and Education...increase communications between members of the Pet-Caring Community...decrease the number of Animals in Shelters.

By creating a support network for yourself, your pet(s) or your pet-related business on Pets-life, you can connect with fellow members of the pet-caring community to share your pet-related stories, advice, recommendations, interests, activities and more. Should you ever have any pet-related questions, concerns or if you just want to share your pet’s story, your Pets-life support network will be here for you.

Your Personal or Business Profile

Create a profile for yourself or your business to help members of the pet-caring community connect with you. Your profile will appear within the 'Connect with Members’ section and any of the Pets-life Community Groups you choose to join. You determine who can view your profile information; only you, your friends (clients or customers), fellow Pets-life members or everybody.

Your Pet’s Profile

Add your Pet(s) to your profile. Share your pet's life with fellow pet owners who can benefit and learn from the stories, experiences, information, pictures and videos you choose to share within your pet's pet profile. You can also choose to keep your pet's pet profile private and use it as a personal journal for your pet. Each pet profile has its own activity feed that can be used for many different purposes. Pet owners can add their pet’s latest activities, animal health care providers can add reminders or notifications and pet-care professionals (such as pet-sitters, boarding and daycare facilities) can use your pet's pet profile to keep you informed about your pet's daily activities while in their care.

The pet profiles are also ideal for maintaining a connection between your shelter or rescue organization and a pet’s new family. Rest assured that your adopted pets are in loving forever homes by encouraging a pet’s new family to maintain a connection with you, using Pets-life's transferable, fun and easy-to-use pet profiles. We hope that this connection can prevent a pet from returning or ending up at a shelter or rescue and help decrease the number of animals in shelters.

Pets-life Community Groups

The Pets-life Community Groups are created to increase Pet Owner Awareness and Education and to increase communications between members of the Pet-Caring Community by bringing members of the pet-caring community closer together. Join a community group that interests you the most; share or receive specific animal health and care information and connect with fellow members of the pet-caring community who have similar experiences, interests, questions or concerns. You can also choose to start your own community group within the Pets-life support network or join an existing community group as a Pet-Community Expert.

pBay@Pets-life Marketplace

Current consumer demand on the internet is focused on how affordable your products and services are and also how fast and easy your products and services can be found and purchased. Pets-life has developed pBay@Pets-life to satisfy this consumer demand by providing your business with a cutting edge advantage of combining your client connections with the convenience of viewing and purchasing your products and services directly from your profile. Select manual payment if your clients need to make an appointment first, before they make a payment.

Your complimentary store includes everything you need to expand your business on the internet. Your listing(s) can be changed at any time to reflect changes such as pricing and they will appear within pBay@Pets-life as well as your Pets-life profile. Add your store to the Shelter and Rescue Donations list within the member's dashboard. Your local shelter or rescue will receive 10% of your earnings. This will increase your reputation as a business that gives back to the local community and can also provide you with an additional source of referrals from your local shelter or rescue.
