It takes a lot of devotion and love for animals to run a shelter or rescue. Members of the Pet-Caring Community do not go into the business of running a shelter or rescue with the thought that they are going to get rich quick, or at all, they do it because they have a tremendous compassion for animals; they can’t stand by and see an animal suffer or turn away when they see a stray. They also see the need to start a shelter or rescue in their local community, perhaps there isn’t one or the number of strays in their area is getting out of hand.

If Shelters and Rescues are willing to help a community with a solution to the growing presence of strays and unwanted animals, then should the community, as fellow members of the Pet-Caring-Community not feel obliged to help out, in any way they can?

The Shelters, Rescues and the animals they care for are always in need of loving forever homes, volunteers and donations. The Pets-life Animal Specific Support Network for the Pet-Caring Community makes it easier for Shelters and Rescues to get what they so desperately need. Pets-life also makes it easy for fellow members of the Pet-Caring Community to give back to their local community with Shelter and Rescue Donations@Pets-life.

Follow these 3 Easy Steps to Donate to your local Shelter or Rescue

1. Contact your local Shelter or Rescue and ask them if they need Donations. Chances are that they do!!

2. Provide the Shelter or Rescue with the Pets-life link to your personal or business Profile (send them an invite or provide this in person)and ask them to join you on Pets-life; the Animal Specific Support Network for the Pet-Caring Community. After the shelter or rescue signs-up, using the link you provided them with, their profile will appear within your friends list. Add the Shelter or Rescue to your profile information by entering the Shelter or Rescue’s name within the following field (located within Edit My Profile): “Shelter/Rescue(s) that receive(s) my pBay@Pets-life Donations”.

3. Let us know that you are donating 10% of the profit made from your pBay@Pets-life Listing to a local shelter or rescue and we will highlight your listing for free.
